Hp Laptop

          I got a laptop in 2007 and decided to get the accidental warrenty for it which I thought was a good idea. A few months ago I had a problem with the mother board and I was happy to have it fixed due to the plan. Then a month or so later I had the same problem and had to bring it in again. Then when I was there to pick it up finally I found that it was broken, the hinges on it had looked like someone had dropped it. So I finally got it back again after 2 months straight of not having it, and I had a problem with it locking up, brought it back to them again it went through a 2 day process and I got it back. Now 3 days later I realized that the screen that was my "replacement" does not have a webcam at all when my orginal did. I don't feel like I am getting treated fair when now my laptop I'm sure will be out for repair for another month, and who knows if it will be broken or even have the right parts. Its getting expesive for me to drive back and forth to Best Buy for a laptop that I'm about ready to give up on. The little "faith" that I had in geek squad to "fix" things is becoming lost along with 3 odd months of not having my laptop.

You have my empathy in regards to this unfortunate, unique need for extended repair.  If errors occurred, they are regrettable and will be addressed appropriately.  Certainly you can understand that where humans are involved, mistakes can and do occasionally happen.  We strive hard to prevent and avoid these situations and work equally hard to address factors within our control.  When possible, we quickly provide remedy.   I am at least impressed with how well your situation is already being handled (which I will explain privately).  I understand your apprehension, but anticipate partnering with you in private message towards a resolution may at least reassure you of our commitment.
