You have my empathy in regards to this unfortunate, unique need for extended repair. If errors occurred, they are regrettable and will be addressed appropriately. Certainly you can understand that where humans are involved, mistakes can and do occasionally happen. We strive hard to prevent and avoid these situations and work equally hard to address factors within our control. When possible, we quickly provide remedy. I am at least impressed with how well your situation is already being handled (which I will explain privately).
