How to make a claim?

So, my Turtle Beach Headset broke tonight.  The left ear just snapped off when I took it off my head. 

 

Luckily, I rememberd I bought the 2 year protection plan. 

 

How do I make a claim?  Will I get a new one?  Do they need to mail it out or can I exchange it in the store?

IF they are actually physically broken, they may not be covered as accidental/physical damage is not covered by your protection plan. Bring them in to the store and they will make the determination as to whether they are covered or not.
