How long does it take to recieve gift Card?

Best buy recieved my PS3 on July 26, 2010. It is now August 5th. How long does it usually take to recieve the reimbursment gift card?

I sent in my PS3 because it was having some problems and Best buy said they will send me a gift card with the amount i paid for it

Hey SpartenOmega117,

From my experience, it can take up to 10-14 business days from the date a product is received for a gift card to be issued. I’d be glad to provide you an update on your PRP claim though, so make sure to check your private messages.
