Hi, so I have an iPhone that I bought in April. When I bought it I decided to get the insurance that was offered for it, now I’m to the point that I neither want nor need it, and I want to cancel it. I have misplaced the booklet I received that had all the information about the insurance, and do not know how I should go about this. I would rather do it over the phone then go into the store but will if it necessary. Thanks for the help.

Actually, it would be 1-800-GEEKSQUAD to cancel it.

Actually, you're both right!
If they call 888 BEST BUY, they'd be directed to the Mobile department first, then we would get them in touch with the Mobile warranty department.
If they call 800 GEEK SQUAD, they would be directed to the same mobile warranty department that we in the mobile sales department would get in contact with.

I know its a little bit easier to be directed through 1-888-BestBuy from personal experience.

Is this in Canada also, not sure if those post was USA? I have the Product protection plan..one with the 1 time battery exchange and phone replacement etc... there was a mix up with when we purchased...we bought 2 phones but only wanted one plan on my daughters phone, but they applied it to both...I'm getting the run around trying to cancel it.
