I have had problems with my DLP Mitsubishi - 65" They have not been able to find the part need to fix the TV what happen next? Will they replace my TV anyone know my TV has been gone since 9/20/2009 This TV has given me a lot of problems since I got it

I am so tired of waiting I have no TV my children ask everyday when are we getting our TV back I Call bb and they say I have to wait 3 to 5 business days What can I do to get some answers about my TV now

Being without a working TV for almost a month would be too long for anyone, and I can completely understand you just wanting a working TV at this point.
If we are unable to order the parts necessary to repair your TV your Performance Service Plan (PSP) should replace your TV with a comparable model TV.
I do show that your TV was submitted for replacement on 10/11/2009, and the turnaround time on a replacement request is 3-5 business days. This should mean we should have an answer by Friday 10/16/2009.
