I returned a camera this past weekend (12/31/11 at 13:57) and experienced the WORST customer service girl I have ever seen! RUDE. BB can thank thier employee that day (girl) with the lepard flower hat thing on her head for never shopping there & recieving our $$ ever again.
First we were waiting on line- no one wanted to help us. 2 females employees standing there. Finally the one with a snotty "I'll take you" calls us over. After a quick return she throws the reciept on the counter and WALKS AWAY..... No thank you, no we are done here....just rudley walks away..... THE GIRL SHOULD BE FIRED JUST FOR HER RUDENESS. Let me know if her employee ID is on my return reciept and I will be more than happy to give it to you. Perhaps its {removed per forum guidelines} ?
