It really upsets me just how bad the customer service and how needlessly complicated this all is. I just woke up today only to find out that my bank account has been randomly charged and OVERDRAWN because of Best Buy!! I had cancelled the Protection Plan for two phones BACK IN DECEMBER. And even then it was such a hassle. I originally went to the store only for them to tell me to call. When I called,I waited such a long time and they assured me that it was canceled.That was on the 6th of December. Then in January,I was hit with more PP fees that I had supposedly canceled. I then called and spoke to MULTIPLE customer service associates that told me DIFFERENT STORIES. One told me that it was cancelled,the other told me that there was never a record of it being canceled,then another told me that there was nothing that department could do. I was HOURS on the phone. Ultimately,they said that they had canceled and as for the additional fees that they'll "investigate" which will take around 10 days. I NEVER GOT ANY NEWS ABOUT THAT OR THE CANCELATION LETTER THAT THEY PROMISED ME. It is beyond ridiculous so I went to my local BB and they were able to confirm that it was CANCELLED. Fast toward to April now,I get hit with this fee of $10.59 from BB that I SHOULDN'T be receiving!!I haven't purchased or have any other plans from BB so there is NO EXCUSE! I was also fine these past few months with no fees only to just receive one today!! Just what is going on? I called the direct line to customer service only for the unkind woman to tell me to call back in two hours because of system maintenance. I called Chase earlier and spoke with my kind banker,he said it was best to see if I can resolve it with BB first. He also said that that's why it's best not to give your credit card out to companies like that.Even if you cancel,they have your information STILL stored. And if I can't fix this issue with BB,to just declare it a FRAUD with the bank. And frankly,that option is sounding the only sensible one. THIS IS NO EXCUSE FOR BEST BUY TO BE DOING THIS. I'm searching for employment and for me to get overdrawn because of BB makes me sick. I just want this issue resolved RIGHT AWAY not in 2 WEEKS!!!!

I had the same problem, I reported it as fraud with Chase and keep in mind that everytime you file a complaint of fraud the retailer has to pay on top of your refund! That is the only way I got it to stop!!
