Good Day!
Im having a problem right now with my B570 Lenovo Laptop given to me by my uncle. He bought it on Texas Best Buy last Dec. 2011 and last march my laptop stops working. It's not turning on and totally shut off. Currently im residing here in Philippines. And Lenovo Service Centers are asking me a proof of purchase but i cant provide them because it was only given to me as a gift. How can i get a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase? I already checked the warranty and it will last on Jan 2013. I need help ASAP thanks BB!

If you are able, i would suggest that the best option is to have your uncle contact his local best buy and have them lookup the receipt with his information

yeah i tried to contact him but he's not answering back maybe because there's a communication line problem in Texas due to the hurricane.

I'm sorry to hear your Lenovo is giving you problems. I do think our best approach is going to be to have your uncle write in and give us his information so we can pull him up in the system. If you do talk to him, or email him, ask him to send us his full name, address, phone number as well as where he purchased the Lenovo, approximate date and amount.
