MY EX GIRLFRIEND BOUGHT ME A PAIR OF STUDIO BEATS BY DRE 2 YRS AGO

I PURCHASED THE PROTECTION P;LAN WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT HERES THE PROBLEM

I LOST THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND I DONT KNOW ANY INFO MY EX GF GAVE SHE DOESNT REMEMBER AT ALL NEITHER

IVE CALLED CORPORATE OFFICES GONE TO BEST BUY PERSONALLY AND FOR SOME REASON THIS RECEIPT CANT BE FOUND I HAVE A COPY OF THE PROTECTON PLAN AND NOTHING I REMEMBER THE DATE WHICH WAS AROUND MY BIRTHDAY AND THE STORE WERE IT WAS PURCHASE BUT NOTHING IT DOES NOT APPEAR 

PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY NEED MY BEATS FIXED AND IM STRESSED OUT LOOKING AND TRYANA FIND THIS RECEIPT

Unfortunately if there BB doesn't have the proper information to locate a receipt, there really isn't anything that can be done.

Generally they need the phone number it was purchased under, or the reward zone number.
