Our LG plasma tv started having problems within the first year, manufacturers warranty in place.
Scheduled the repair for the earliest appt, two weeks from the the call in date. Geek shows up,
determines the problems and reschedules for another two weeks for parts and availability. Then is a no show for the morning appointment. No call, just nevered showed up or called today. Call back to the 800 number three times today, technical difficulties with transfering to TV repair. Fourth time got thru to a human, they couldn't track down the repair tech.
This is service? Scheduling weekday appts is difficult for us working stiffs, the cost savings on purchasing from best buy don't offset the aggravations.

Funny, I had an appt. set up for today between 8am-12pm and they FAILED to show up! Awesome! And no one can seem to help me out now! So unhappy!!!!! All they say they can do is set up a new appt, excuse me, that is totally unacceptable! I took the day off and waited and waited for them. My TV's been out for over a week now!

If you have an issue that needs to be resolved, please start your own thread instead of bumping 1 that is almost 1 year old. If you've already started your own thread, one of the Community Connectors (BB corp employees/forum moderators) should be along Monday or Tuesday to address your concerns.
