So let me get this straight...You think that BestBuy makes me ppl hold in a conspiracy to make them hang up and not deal with them? Could it be that they are busy? With either other phone calls or customers face to face? Nooo that couldnt be it thats a perfectly logical explaination....
And just so you know, Best Buy has started employing phone operators who are trained to know all depts, and can answer questions. Not all Best Buy stores have them yet, if they do not the calls are sent to Customer Service, who go figure are dealing with customers face-to-face. So Best Buy is remedying the situation as quickly as possible thx to all of your feedback!

Its a retail store, not phone service store.
