Geek Squad - TV Repair

This is the worst service ever!  I have been waiting 3 months for a repair person to come back to my house and install a part.  Every time I call their customer service I have to wait over 30 minutes.  They are using fradulent tactics of having people hold on with the hope that they will hang up.  I will never buy anything else from them.  The only number that you can call is the 1-888 number and you get the same BS.  They say they have Saturday appointments, but they are lying.  What can I do?  I will spread the word not to buy from Best Buy, because you can rest assure that they do not do their Best.

So let me get this straight...You think that BestBuy makes me ppl hold in a conspiracy to make them hang up and not deal with them? Could it be that they are busy? With either other phone calls or customers face to face? Nooo that couldnt be it thats a perfectly logical explaination....

 

And just so you know, Best Buy has started employing phone operators who are trained to know all depts, and can answer questions. Not all Best Buy stores have them yet, if they do not the calls are sent to Customer Service, who go figure are dealing with customers face-to-face. So Best Buy is remedying the situation as quickly as possible thx to all of your feedback!

Its a retail store, not phone service store.

3 months?! That's the longest repair I've ever heard of and I've dealt with hundreds of Best Buy repairs. Email Robert Stephens, I'm sure it's a group of assistants that read the email but your case sounds like it needs some escalation.
