I just want to let people know that our repair tracking system is under going maintenance and upgrades tonight (Saturday 9/13/2009) and you will be unable to check on the status of your repairs until mid day Sunday (9/14/2009) or closer to close of business Sunday. I apologize for any inconvenience that may cause you.

As of 2pmCST it is still completely down, so any repair information is completely unavailable to store agents.
Sigh. This is making for a long week if it's not back up tomorrow.

ETA was 3am EDT, I was in the store and it was not up just yet but it was "very close". Hopeing for Monday morning.
