Geek Squad? I don't have support!!

Hello, Let me introduce, my name is Bruno and I live In Brazil,

 

Last years I bought a Blu-ray in Orlando best buy store, and last week my player doesn't turn on.

 

What assistance in Campinas - Brazil, I can take for fix?

 

After that, I Will pay my player and I fill the information in site http://bbyintl.com/ClaimForm.asp ???? And you reimburse me? because

 

I bought a black tie assurance for 2 years...
