Gateway Laptop and Extended Warranty

My daughter purchased a Gateway Laptop for me from Best Buy. How can I find out if there is an extended warranty on this. The battery quit charging and I called Gateway support but they could not help me because it is out of warranty.

Sorry to hear that your laptop is not working for you presently!  I know how inconvenient that can be!  I can definitely help you find out if a service plan was purchased on that unit when it was purchased, however I would need more information.
