Hello BestBuy!

I was driving home from work and I had my Ipod in my lamp, and I made a slightly sharp turn.  In result the Ipod slid off my lap into my Slushy.  I thought it would be fine...

Nope.

To get to the point, can this GEEK SQUAD Black Tie Protection Plan for Ipod Touch 3G (3 year plan) cover water damage?

First, it depends whether you have accidental coverage. Since it's the 3G, you should have that coverage. The GSBTP plan only covers spills, not full submersion, so the store will have to determine whether it is covered or not.

Thanks for that, I try calling them...  Nowadays it's all automated, which can get VERY frustrating!  This seems to be much easier than calling, I'll remember that next time!
