I was wondering how long it should take before best buy receives the X-box and call me. I was told 3 days max at the store and 2-5 days on another website. I would appreciate if any one with first hand experience could tell me.

Hey Aspinwallos,
It’s generally been my experience that most Xbox 360 Rapid Exchanges can be processed within 2-5 business days. Shipping delays and service center backlogs, however, have been known on rare occasion to extend the timeframe to 5-7 business days instead.

Thank you for the quick response. I have been reading on the forums that a lot of people have problems with Best Buy customer service and warranty plans but every time I deal with anyone from Best Buy they are nice and quick to resolve any problems I might have. Thank you again.
