Frustrated and had it with Best Buy

Why haven't I been able to get simple and standard warranty service on my television? I initiated the warranty service process in August and as of now, October, have been unsuccessful in resolving any issues. All communication with Best Buy/Geek Squad has been from me.I have not received a single phone call, update, status on our order, etc. And when I do call I continue to get standard responses, which are less than honest, such as: "someone will call you in 3-5 business days", or "the part will be here in 5-10 business days". Well, there is no part, the television has not been repaired. What is going on with Best Buy's service/warranty department? How incompetent are they? Now I'm being told I will receive a call from the service solutions department. It has been 5 days and still no call and when I call no one will connect me with this department. I was told there are only outgoing lines, no incoming. I need to know whether or not Best Buy will fulfill their warranty contract and repair my television. If not, I will seek legal assistance elsewhere to resolve this issue. I have never dealt with such poor customer service and refuse to ever purchase from Best Buy in the future.

Hi 1234abc,

Hopefully I can do something to change your perspective of our services, and more importantly get you a working TV as soon as possible. Two months without a working TV would be too long for anyone, and I am sure this is especially upsetting given the fact that you purchased an extended service plan with this TV to guard against this.

wow i hope you get this resolved soon. what is it with store and their warranty programs they don't want to own up to them anymore?

and why did bb go with a geeksquad warranty? they aren't any good at doing anything all they are is expensive for what they can do.
