Extended Warranty purchased...but they cannot find it.

Hello,

 

  On or about July 6th, 2008 I purchased a laptop computer from Best Buy.   I know I purchased an extended warrany for three years. 

 

  It may not have been on the same transaction but I KNOW I did.  My daughter (whom the laptop was purchased for) lost the receipt.

 

  Of course the laptop has ceased to function and I cannot find anything on this nor can the bestbuy store I purchased it from.

 

  I have looked everywhere for proof of purchase. 

 

  I REALLY need Best Buy's help to find this.

Sorry to hear that you lost your computer receipt. It happens to me all the time! I save receipt, but I always lose the one receipt I need the most.
