I bought a New macbook with a extended 3 years warranty, the warranty with best buy, NOT apple care
The guy at the store told me with this warranty that cost me 399$ I could protect my computer against everything
such a hits, water damage, internal issues, etc. Also he told me they going to gave me a new one, I don't know if this how it works (please tell me how this warranty works)
My question is:
How many times best buy will replace or repair my macbook ?
and what do I have to take at the store with me to do it (the box and everything inside)?<--- obviously my recipe
How much time will take to do it ?
I know is not one question
!
well thanks for reading and sorry for the spelling or my poor English ![]()

If you take in the power adapter, installation disks or any other peripherals make sure that they document that in your service order. My laptop power adapter was once lost while it was shipped out for repair. Best Buy did make it right and replace it because it was documented in the service order.
