I bought a Toshiba Laptop from Irving, Texas during my visit to US in June 2009. Now, I'm in India & it's HDD has started giving problems; the receipt I have is not completely readable though I can make out few details like the date/time of purchase & reference #.  Can I have the duplicate receipt from Best Buy through email?

How did you pay for the item? Try to remember if you did one of the following:

• Paid with credit or debit
• Used a RewardZone card
• Purchased a service plan on the same receipt

If none of the above are true, your receipt will most likely not be able to be located. To begin the receipt-locating process, you can do one of the following:

• Call 1-888-BESTBUY
• Wait for a Community Connector to respond here
