I bought the blackberry 9930 at the end of Febuary with the service plan that costs $10 a month, on tuesday the phone turned off on its own and would not power back on. I went to the Best Buy close to my job to get it looked at. I was told that they cant fix it right away and i have to give a 50 dollars to get a loaner. the loaner they gave me doesnt work properly, i called today to check the status on the phone the representative told me it would take about a week to a week and a half to get the phone back. I use my phone for work and please be more specific on how you sell Insurance to customers. If i had known that Geek Squad use a third party company to repair my phone i would have stayed with my $8 a month and pay 100 to get a new phone or get fixed within days with sprint. I went from 9930 to an outdated curve that doesnt even work. The Name of the company is Best Buy not Best Insurance or Best Quad.....that explains it all. Happy Holliday to you all. That Service needs to be faster

Hi roxj418,
Parting with a phone for any length of time can be difficult – especially if it serves as your primary contact point – so I can imagine how frustrated you must feel. Your disappointment with the loaner model you received is also understandable.
I wasn’t able to determine the current status of your phone’s repairs, so I’ve asked our support team to look into this situation on your behalf. It may take some time to perform the necessary research, but I will let you know via private message as soon as an update is available. You can check your PMs by signing into the forum and then clicking on the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
