It's not worth my time to keep dealing with service visits and phone calls to get my TV repaired. I've got a family and busy scheduels, and don't have time to wait for the service guy to show up in a 4 hour window, and then be 2 hours late. Going on my third service visit here, and I honestly don't think the problem can be resolved.
Certainly the last time I buy a protection plan, or TV at Best Buy. Was hoping the big box store would offer a bit of security on my big purchase, but turns out you'd probably have better luck with Amazon.com and SquareTrade.

Being upset after three visits from a tech already is completely understandable, and I can see why you would want the TV replaced at this point. I can say there are very specific conditions that would need to be met in order for your TV to be replaced, and I would like to look into your repair to see if the TV currently qualifies for replacement.
