I call the toll free number to get my TV fixed and I wait on hold a few minutes, drill down to the TV repair dept and it says something about and error and hangs up.

Had an apt to get my TV fixed today, nobody showed up, my customer service number is 1382819

Need help trying to get ahold of someone.

I’m sure the phone being disconnected, after patiently waiting to get in touch with our TV repair department, was very frustrating. I’m not really sure why the technician didn’t show up, but I would like to get this resolved for you. I do apologize that is was so hard for you to contact our TV Repair Department.  I would suggest calling 1-800-GEEKSQUAD instead of the 1-888-BESTBUY.  When you get to speak to a human, ask for the "Retail Dispatch" department.  They take care of home theater scheduling.  In this department, your issue with your product will be noted on your account, and the Agent you speak to can perform a warm transfer to the TV Repair Department to ensure you arrive to the correct place and get setup for a service call.
