I cracked my ipad screen a week or so ago. I do have ADH insurance on it. With the release of ipad 2 right around the corner would it be better to wait to get it replaced? If I waited would i even get an ipad 2?

Probably not, unless they no longer had the originals in stock. I doubt that the original iPad will stop selling with the release of the new one, but the price will likely drop on it. I'm fairly certain Apple still sold the 3GS iPhone after the iPhone 4 was released. I could be wrong, though.

Contrary to what Nokia states, my feeling is that it will be approved for an exhange quite quickly because it is generally less expensive for the service center to replace it than repair damage to it.
Aside from that, you should be able to apply the PSP fulfillment money towards whichever iPad that you want. Keep in mind tho, that because the iPad 1 had a $100 price drop, you will have to pay that $100 difference if you want to upgrade to the iPad 2. Additionally, you would need to repurchase a new protection plan to have coverage on the new one because once a product is replaced under the PSP, the plan is considered fulfilled.
if you have any questions, or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Thanks!
