Manufacturer Warranties and Protection Plans

I am needing a copy of my receipt for my purchase of the LifeProof iPhone case. Lifeproof needs it to replace the product that is under warranty. I have called BB customer service TWICE, both time the agents said it would be emailed to me within 2-4 hours. Well, that was at 8 am this morning, and it is now 2:15 pm and still no receipt! Besides going to the store where I purchased it (the store is 150 miles away) is there another way to get the receipt?

A Community Connector here can look it up, but response time is 3-5 business days, on average.

 Any store should be able to get you a copy of your receipt, so if there is a Best Buy closer than the one 150 miles away, that might be a quicker option, as well.

That Best Buy is the closest one to me. How do I get someone on here to look it up?

I called Best Buy again this evening, talked to another nice, customer representative who said that she found my receipt and she would email it to me. Guess what? Still no receipt!!! I still haven't received either email from the calls I made this morning. This is ridiculous!
