I had bought a protection plan in October 2009 and i need to use it but i was told to send a Copy of original purchase receipt and a Copy of the PSP but unfortunately i dont have them.. How can i use my protection plan?

Excellent question! Whether you’re looking to file a repair reimbursement request or to simply have a copy for your own records, there are a couple ways that you can obtain a duplicate copy of both your original receipt and service plan information:
Visiting your local Best Buy store is, of course, the easiest and fastest of these two options. Additionally, if you made the purchase on BestBuy.com you also have the option of printing a copy of your order confirmation page by signing into your account and clicking on the “View Orders” option.

i forgot to mention that i m outside US.. do i need to call that phone number anyway? cant they send me from Bestbuymgmtissues@newcorp.com?? i wrote them 2 days ago but they r not responsing..

Our international support department does not have the ability to locate receipts, so you would need to contact us at 1-888-BEST-BUY (1-888-237-8289) if you're in need of a duplicate copy and are currently outside of the United States. someone wrote me that i should have my netbook fixed and then seek for reimbursement and i did so.. i had my netbook fixed and now i dont know what to do next cos nobody is responsing to my emails.. i gotta know if the documents that i have are good enough to get reimbursement.. they had asked me to have the documents prepared in English but the Samsung service in Istanbul doesnt do such a thing so i have the documents in Turkish but there is $ cost written on it..
Could u help me with this matter?? Are u an authorized one?
