I got a two year protection plan for my Triton Headset. They break after a few months, so i've had to exchange them a few times. Today when i tried to exchange them, the guy in the service desk told me that since i dont have the geek squad protection plan, I shouldn't have been able to change them so frequently. That everytime i exchange them i need to buy another protection plan since it only covers one exchange. First of all, no one told me that there was a different protection plan. Second of all why would i need to buy a protection plan everytime that I exchange them, especially when i have a two year plan. So is he full of it, or is that right? If that's right i'll definetly will take my business elsewhere.
