I am truly sorry to hear of the trouble you have in the two short days since you have purchased your new cell phones. It is very disappointing to hear that you were not fully informed on our Geek Squad® Black Tie Protection (GSBTP) plans, and being bounced around so much trying to get these cancelled.
In the first 30 days after your purchase, you can cancel the GSBTP and receive a full refund. During this timeframe, the refund and cancellation does need to be done at the Best Buy® store. I am truly sorry that the store directed you to call the mobile cancellation department instead.
To verify your Verizon insurance is not cancelled or can be reinstated, I would suggest contacting Verizon directly as Miranda suggested. In most cases insurance plans through cell phone carriers need to be added within 30 days, so I would do this as soon as possible.
