After many failed repairs, I need to cancel all of my extended service plans with Best Buy. Is there a simple process for canceling them or is it a hassle like getting something repaired.
Any assistance would be appreciated that would expedite this process.

Considering what I have gotten in regards to something being repaired, or lets say an attempt to repair, was completely worthless, so anything I can get back is dollars ahead.
I have learned a valuable lesson to never buy another service contract from Best Buy!!
Thanks

Hi maverick,
There are two ways you can cancel a service plan:
1) Take your purchase receipts & Performance Service Plan (PSP) or Geek Squad Black Tie Protection (GSBTP) documentation to any store. They will process a pro-rated refund for the time remaining on each of the plans.
2) Mail a copy or your purchase receipts & PSP or GSBTP documentation, along with a signed cancellation request listing the PSP brochure numbers you'd like cancelled to:
AIGWG
Attn: PSP/GSBTP Cancellations
PO Box 9312
Minneapolis MN 55440
Obviously, going to the store is the fastest way to process these cancellations.
Let us know if you have any further questions!

Elizabeth,
Thank you for your options on canceling my service plans. I went to the store today, was in and out of there in minutes with everyone of my service contacts canceled.....
It seems that the associates must get lots of practice doing this task as this was the best experience ever with Best Buy, unfortunately it will be the last.
Thanks again,
Maverick
