I'm hoping to avoid the craziness I'm sure is going on at the stores today, but I have an issue with a Samsung T240 monitor I bought from Best Buy Store #1490 on March 12, 2009 and need to send it in for warranty service.
Can stores look up something that old, or is that something I can possibly do online to expedite matters?

Thanks for the quick reply. The phones were hammered when I tried calling earlier and I'm sure the stores are the same. I'll swing by on Monday (it's a bit out of my way) and see if I can get it when if none of the employees have responded to me here.
