I bought a camera on Nov. 5th with "I YR STDI "service.
Since I am not in US, and there is no BestBuy store in the city I lived in, the "I YR STDI "service seems useless.
So, I want to cancel the service and get my money back.
Is that possible?

Actually, there is NO BestBuy store in the city I lived in, so the plan seems useless for me. When I recognized this, I am a little frustrated.
So, can I cancel it and get my money back? I bought the camera within 10days.

Like Crystal mentioned, Best Buy does provide an international support option for customers with Geek Squad Black Tie Protection. The process is fairly simple: just give us a call and one of our phone reps will help you locate a factory-authorized service center in your area. They’ll also provide you instructions how to obtain repairs through that location and can answer questions about your plan coverage. Our international support department can be reached by dialing your current country’s exit code + 800-556-56565. This phone number is set up as a Universal International Phonefree Number, so the country code does not need to be entered.
