I bought the CALL OF DUTY:MW3 FOXTROT with the 2YR 75-99.99 ENT GSBTP-R. Now my foxtrots have an earpiece just hanging. will best buy replace or fix them with the protection plan i bought?

Sorry to hear about your broken earpiece, that is never a good thing. The short answer would be replacement. As long as they can verify this is a defective unit, they should be able to get you taken care of. I would head to the store with the unit and your plan number and they should be able to help. thanks for the help i was able to get a new earpiece which was even better then the one before.
