Manufacturer Warranties and Protection Plans

Hello i have an asus 17 inch computer screen that was broken by my sister most likely, i found myself in the library at school about to do work to find that the screen has a big crack in it, and once i get home, ill ask how she broke it, but for now im at school and need an estimated price on how much this will cost me, i still have my recipt and have a 1 yrs warranty, on the recipt it says 1 yr U/ADH i think that stands for accidently handling but not sure just wondering if it would cost me more to repair it , does asus warrantly cover broken screens?

Asus won't cover physical damage, but I think you are right as the ADH is the accidental drop insurance. I am unsure what the U/ means.

I'm sorry to hear about your computer screen and can understand what it's like to not have your computer while in school.  If you have the Geek Squad Black Tie Protection plan with Accidental Damage from Handling, then you should be covered for the screen repair.  Just bring the computer and your receipt into your local store.  Our knowledgeable Geek Squad agents will be able to take a look and send the computer out for repair.
