Bought a new TV W/ Protection Plan and lost the PRP not the TV is Malfunctioning- What do I do now?

Hi,

 

I bought a 42 inch LCD with PRP last year. The TV is malfunctioning and I can't find the PRP. I heard if you lost it you were out of luck. There must be a way. Can someone help me? Tell me what to do.

I would imagine that if you can find it in your credit card history they will honor that.  No guarantees though, can't hurt to ask.
