Hi,
My cousin bought me a laptop and she provided me an "order summary / packing list" document given to her upon delivery. Per Toshiba, to use the international warranty I need to present to them the official receipt. She paid and charged it to her credit card.
My question is, how do best buy give official receipts to those who ordered and paid thru online? Can my cousin request BestBuy for a copy and send it to her email add? It's the same email add she used to communicate to Best buy for her oder status.
Thank you.

By the way, is Bestbuy's Order Receipt equal to Official receipt? Is this enough to present to Toshiba for International Warranty purposes?
Your help pls. Thank you.

Yes. She can either make an account here, or call 1-800-BESTBUY.

Hi Nokia,
Pls confirm if BestBuy only gives "Order Receipt" for those customers who bought online items.
1. Is the "Order Receipt" equals "Official Receipt"?
2. Can we online customers ask for an "Official Receipt"?
Pls clarify because for International warranty, Toshiba Philippines ask for the "Official Receipt".
Thank you.

The order receipt should be fine, however I don't know Toshiba's official policies.
