I have a concern... I purchased my Sony Laptop a little over a year. I got the Black Tie warranty with it. Just recently I had left my laptop out and my nephew knocked it over and it closed the laptop with something inside. It cracked my screen. I then took it to Best Buy, and they advised me that I have the BlackTie warranty and this is covered, lot of stress off of me (at least I thought). 2 days go by and I get a voicemail telling me that my warranty does not cover this. GOOD THING I BOUGHT A WARRANTY!!! I do not understand why I would buy a warranty to cover my laptop, if it truly does not cover my laptop. If this is how Best Buy does it's business, I will clearly make note of it and inform my family and friends.
