Just Left BB in Reno, NV and 3 salespeople all said that in their training from Corporate that Black Tie "COVERS PHONES THAT ARE RAN OVER BY EVEN MY STEAM ROLLER" So it is upper management that is training the employees wrong about coverage of Black Tie!! I showed them the connectors response on this thread and they said that is NOT what they were trained, so it is not the poor misinformed staff's fault it is Corporate Trainer's that are misrepresenting the plan & what it covers, I told them they should also read the Term's & Conditions before they continue to sell the plans.
