I haven't been back to Best Buy since 2010!!! I Only buy from AMAZON now!!! hahaha

I love the cookie, but I have to say, after reading all the complaints about BTP on the web I'm concerned.

 

I would never want to return a phone for "repair."  Junk out would be the only option.

That isn't an option. You can't just pick. Please do not bump old threads as it simply causes clutter and confusion and makes it take longer for someone to assist you and others.

I've always considered threads with recent activity to be "current" threads.  I suggest the the forum begin locking threads after a certain number of days of inactivity in order to avoid clutter and confusion, so that community members can be assisted sooner and also so that moderators do not need to invest their time and energy in dealing with the whole thing.

Those "complaints" are a small minority of customers who use the actual Black Tie (BTP).  So I wouldn't be using the complaints you read here as any sort of barometer because what we see here is not indicative to the normal experience.

I guess I can understand that, however the last "activity" on this thread before you posted was was April 30th, over 3 months ago.  Not exactly what I'd consider "recent" activity.  :smileywink:

New phone time. Guess where I'm NOT going shopping.

 

If you guessed Best [read:worst] Buy, you'd be correct. They have horrible service and will soon be out of business. Then all the loser moderators on this site will have no reason to live. bwaaahahahaha!
