NOKIA- WHATEVER NOBODY TRYING TO FORCE NOBODY'S HAND FACTS ARE FACTS AND THE FACTS ARE BEST BUY IS NOT DOING A GOOD JOB IN SERVICING THERE CUSTOMERS RATHER THAN MAKE EXCUSES, YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE ARE UPSET AND WANT THERE PHONES BACK ON TIME AND 30 DAYS PLUS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE...PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO EXPRESS THERE UNHAPPINESS ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY ARE RECEIVING YOU SHOULD BE GLAD IT IS COMING OUT IN THIS FORUM AND NOT THE COMPANY BOARD OF DIRECTORS.. BUT THEN AGAIN THEY MAY NOT BE INTERESTED IN HEARING THE TRUTH ABOUT THERE COMPANY'S PRACTICE.. ALL THIS CRAP YOU TRYING TO FEED US AS THE TRUTH IS REALLY A LIE.. BOTTOM LINE IS WE WANT OUR PHONES BACK.. RATHER THAN MAKE ALL THESE USELESS ATTEMPTS TO FIX A PROBLEM THAT IS OBVIOUS TO US ALL THAT WAS NOT AN EASY FIX.. GIVE THE MAN A NEW PHONE.. ALL I KNOW IS WHENEVER THEY DECIDE TO SEND MY PHONE BACK AND IT IS IN WORSE CONDITION THAT IS WAS WHEN I SENT IT OUT.. I AM GOING TO SHUT BEST BUY DOWN!! PEOPLE PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THESE PHONES.. AND THE BOTTOM LINE IS THE CUSTOMER SHOULD ALWAYS BE RIGHT

Yep, think I'm goin to cancel my BTP today, if the only way I'll be able to get a replacement phone out of BB is to smash it to the point of no return.... I think I'll pass

I would wait until the phone comes back before you cancel your Black Tie.

You can cancel if you want, but I'm not sure if it would create any other problems if the techs went into the system and found an invalid Black Tie plan. It should still be repaired, but I don't know if it would take any longer while they tried to figure out what was causing the invalid PSP.
