I wasted my money on a Best Buy warranty... The tv turns off for unknown reason every 5 - minutes day and night. Geek Squad came to my house approximately 8 or 9 times and the problem still not fix... Best Buy refused to replace the TV.. So why waste your money on a warranty? Better yet why shop at BEST BUY?

I am never happy to hear that a customer is not happy with the service we have provided them, and this is no different in your case. I’m sure after nine repair visits you just want a working TV, and getting a replacement TV most likely seems the quickest way to get there.
