Re: Best Buy Proformance Service Plan is a waste of money in the long run!

hi b12njoy2010

i enjoyed your conversation and i think as you look through this forum at other threads you will see that the Best But Staffer has engaged in most of them it seems as though this individuals soul purpos is to defend the Best Buys actions and polocies in regards to its protection plan. That said i also think that the professionalism and lack of business ethics from the Best Buy staff in this customer portal is astonishing. I have not resorted to ill mannered conversation throughout this ordeal, nor do I intend to, nor will I resort to name-calling. The point here is that I was sold a plan to be “Purchase Price” based, and that is not what I have received thus far. I have the plan documentation that even states it, the store staff were astonished to see it in black and white. I am presuming they have removed that line from the current plan print. I am still dissatisfied with the loss of monetary value. Best Buy has had the opportunity to make things right based on the plan I purchased at the store level, customer service line, and here in this portal and they have failed to do so. All levels continue to only be aware of a single plan based on depreciated value. And that is fine in the end, this unwillingness to honor a plan as purchased will eventually cost Best Buy substantially more in lost revenue than what can be measured by a single customer. People who conduct pre purchase research on the web will think twice about making a purchase at Best Buy. For the record i am not a hacker just an average person whom just so happens to have the expertise to reach out to millions of people. Also for the record I will not slander Best Buy nor portray Best Buy in a negative manner just simply the truth and reiterating policy and practice is enough.

Thanks for your suport and activity on this thread.

Then you work for a company contracted to Best Buy, Why else would you have be involved with 8000 threads and why else would you be privy to inside information. You aren’t fooling anyone to actually believe that. Even you making that notion is unscrupulous.
