Someone has to stand up to a bully. Even if it means getting knocked down. So what rules did I break? Huh? Instead of bashing me for standing up for myself and everybody that best buy has craped on. Maybe you should give some advice that could resolve the situation. Or maybe you should read all the other posts that say that best buy did the same thing. I have a reciept. Also three best buy stores with three different stories. I read a post that says a sales rep did the same thing but with a phone. They also say that one day they are going to do it to a senator or someone with some pull and they won't be able to get away with it anymore. But I think that they aren't going to do it to someone like that because they know their scheme will be figured out. So they pray on the weak. That sounds like a bully to me. One thing that best buy doesn't know is I'm not afraid to stand up. I'm don't care if they sue me for slander for using my right to free speech and saying what is true. I'm not afraid of going bankrupt, I'm 22 and almost there anyway because of something I did when I was a juvenille of 15. So sue me, send me to jail. You think I'm scared.

It was not hateful. It was not sladerous. It was a question. Isn't that what this forum is about? To get questions answered? If you want to do some good stop argueing about agrgueing. My dad told me once that the worst thing you can do to a person is to not even acknowlege that they exist so this is my last reply to any one that does not work for best buy. I asked a valid question and it got answered.

I am writing these post as a person that has been wronged. This is a complaint forum not a Graded Essay or doctoral thesis Buddy. The two mediums are not even related to this. You comparing what I wrote on this forum to that is stupid. People do not talk exactly how they write. As a Psychologist I would not talk to my patients like a lawyer would write a document. I would talk to them in simple everyday english. And for your information I have just started school. You bringing my dreams into this, to be more than a carpenter like everybody in my family is wholly consistent with a fifteen year old drama queen. If you want to get technical there is many other people on here that have spelling and grammical errors because they are NOT WRITING A DOCTORAL THESIS they are writing a complaint. THEY ARE NOT COLLEGE STUDENTS, THEY ARE NORMAL PEOPLE WITH NORMAL PROBLEMS. So if you want to evaluate and diagnose everybodies spelling and grammical errors on here you better get started now.
If it were a sales man that did this to me I would be at fault. But it was a SALES REPRESENTATIVE that represents Best Buy. Employed, trained, and commisioned by Best Buy. Not some sales man off the street selling T-shirts or bootleg movies.
This is not between me and you this is between me and Best Buy. It is not between me-the-future-psychologis and Best Buy.This is between me-the-everyday-american-consumer and Best Buy. So there you're has been theory disproved. But even if a theory is not all the way true it still can be taught to people to make them think. Kind of like a Cognizant Catylist.
You can't fix stupid you can only let it fix itself. But you can learn alot from a dummy. I thank you for the learning experience and any messages from now on I will try to watch the spelling and grammar. I am not bashing you. Think of it more as a MENTAL JOUST.

I also understand that when things like this happen, it's tough to keep patient. It seems apparent that throughout your post, there may have been some miscommunication about your laptop's coverage. It is true that you should have received explanation about your Sony's terms and conditions during your purchase. To clarify, if you discover problems with your computer while under coverage, you need to take it into your local store for repair assistance. After Geek Squad® looks at it, if it needs additional services; it's then sent to our licensed service center technicians. They are responsible for diagnosing the root cause(s) of the existing issues and making the necessary repairs.
I cannot explain the problems you encountered, but it seems apparent that this was a less than stellar experience. We strive to promote excellent customer service through every customer interaction, and regrettably, it is clear that this did not happen with you. I will surely be relaying this situation to the General and District Managers of the Lancaster, OH store location; so they can take notice.

Best Buy can't do any thing to make it right when Sony already has. You waited to long Best Buy. Hmm how convenient for you. I already wasted my gas and effort so how can you say you'll make it right? What give me my hundred dollars back for the joke service plan I was duped into buying. Is Best Buy going to give me gas money. The only thing that best buy is going to do is act like they're trying to make it right to cover there selves.
