In case you are unaware, HSBC (the bank that administers our credit cards) is a separate company from Best Buy® and we do not have direct access to or influence over their records, policies or procedures.
However, I am really sorry to hear of the misunderstanding and circumstances involved in your situation, as we certainly do appreciate you signing up for the card.
