Beats by Dr. Dre solo hd

I bought my headphones 2 weeks ago and i am dissapointed with the build quality. With the headphones I purchased the replacement plan. I was wondering if there is something I can do to either get my money back or get a new pair even though they arent totally broken

Headphones typically carry a 30 day (45 for RZPS members) return/exchange window.  I would bring your headphones, along with proof of purchase, back to the store. Provided they are not damaged, they should be able to help you out.
