Hi all,
I bought my beats pro by dr dre about 4 months ago at best buy at 5th avenue in New York.
but now i am stuck with the problem that my beats pro is broken.
i only music through 1 earphone, even when i change the cable the music onlycomes trough the headphone that the cable is in.
since i live in Holland and my mom got the headphone for me in New York i dont know what to do now.
where can i return it? the people at best buy told my mom that i had 2 years world wide guarantee.
i have the serial code and the , the leather protection bag got stolen.
please help me
