Hello! I purchased some Beats by Dre Studio headphones a while back, and recently they just stopped working completely. My batteries aren't dead and I haven't damaged them, but for some reason they just won't turn on. I looked up the issue and coun't find any solutions, the only thing that I could find is that it that it there might be an issue with one of the batterie contacts or something to that effect. What I wanted to know is if someone on here could help me find out if I still have warranty on my product (I don't remeber if I got the 2 year warranty or not), or if some one can let me know a way Best Buy can look up my recipt becuase I have misplaced mine. Any assistance would be highly appreciated!

To add to Crystalee's comment, if, IF they can find the receipt it and its still under the manufacturer's warranty they might, MIGHT, be able to do an exchange for ya.
