I can't even start, how stressed Best Buy has made me. Geek Squad and Black ties tells lies I have read the so many posts on this discussion board. Macbook taken in 3 time and stilling for a replacement because Geek Squad cant do their job right. I have called 800 best buy about 10 time in the last 5 days and I been told so many lies on the phone and in store. Just can't take it stop the lies. In NYC 5th ave they lie.
I am not going to get in to more detail. Can't repeat it no more.
BECAREFUL THEY LOVE TO LIE >>>> NO THEY SAY THEY MISINFORMED YOU.![]()
