I baught a Proscan tv back in June and was told to bring it in to Best Buy for repair. It is covered by the manufacture's warrenty. Proscan told me to take it to BB. I sent it to the Fargo, ND store and they shipped it down to the BB repair center. 2 weeks later I get a call saying they couldn't find any problems. They sent the TV back. I have had it a few weeks now and the issues still arise. Takes several attempts to turn on the tv. I get crackles comming through the speakers even when the volume is off. I have to physically unplug the TV to unfreeze it. I have tried sevearl different connections using HDMI and Coax. I also had my DVR replaced per suggestion by the BB tech to see if it was teh DVR. Nothing has changed. BB and/or Proscan refuses to send out a tech. If this issue doesn't get resolved then rest assured I will NEVER buy a product from either company again!!! There are plenty of other alternatives out there. I get better service at my local Wally World!!! I would really apprecate a response back. I am tired of being sent in circles and no one taking ownership of my problem. Please respond to my email{removed per forum guidelines}
Thank you!

symbiontsoul,
Welcome to our forums!
I was really disappointed to read about the service you have received on your Proscan TV. I can certainly understand how frustrating it would be to have your TV sent to service and then you get it back still not working correctly. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have endured being without you TV.
I have sent you a private message with some additional details. I’m looking forward to helping you come to a resolution. To check your private messages, first ensure you are logged into our forums and click on the envelope in the upper right hand corner of the page.

After being directed to the right channels. I am pleased to announce that Best Buy has stepped up and taken care of my issue. I really appreciate the quick response! Thank you Kent for your help! I realize that in frustration I posted some not so nice things about the company. I apologize for this. Thank you again for your help!
