i placed an order on 2/3/2012, for the complete smallville dvd set, the 1st 8 seasons of ncis, and a 208 cd case. i placed the order, and requested express shipping. when i received an email saying that the items would be shipped in 0 to 1 business days i was happy. however, i only received the cd case, and when i called customer service the only thing they told me was that they didnt understand why my order was taking so long. my card was charged even though i never received an email stating that the 2 dvd sets had been shipped. i am really upset, because, i was told that  it would take 1 business day to ship and it's now 3 business days and i've only received the cd case even though best buy.com stated that all 3 items were in stock, i could inderstand a delay if the items were out of stock or were on back order. i've been buying items from best buy since they opened a store near me, but now i may never shop at best buy ever again

In reply to sunsetvdo I have ben in the car repair business for 18 years the way I have always seen it work is if I am the dealer for a product  then I am authorized to fix or send a product back to the manufacturer to be fixed. As long as the defect falls with in the guide lines of the manufactures warranty. The only time I have an issue doing this is if I did not sell or install the product on the customers vehicle. Which is not the case in your matter.
